5 Simple Exercises You Can Do With Your Kids

There are a ton of great reasons why you should work out with your children. Perhaps most importantly, it reminds you that you can still feel comfortable after you've had kids. Secondly, it instills in your children the idea that exercise can be fun and rewarding. So grab your kids and get moving with these easy exercises.

1. Walking

2. Jogging
